Frequently asked questions
What press capacity does BAE have?
We operate 54 presses from 45 to 600 tons for progressive and tandem stamping: 5 at Factory 1 (up to 600 t) and 49 at Factory 2 (up to 500 t, AIDA), supported by automation lines.
Do you design and build dies in-house?
Yes. Progressive dies, single/stage dies, checking fixtures and jigs are designed in Siemens NX and Cimatron and built at Factory 2 on VMC, wire-cut and EDM machines.
Which materials can you process?
Cold-rolled steel SPCC / SPCD, hot-rolled SPHC, stainless SUS, aluminum, and high-tensile steel subject to drawing review.
What surface treatments do you offer?
Trivalent zinc (yellow / blue), zinc-nickel, zinc-silicon (1,000 h) and black EDP on our Factory 1 lines — 300–500 kg/day, RoHS and ELV controlled.
Which certifications do you hold?
IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 at both factories, and ISO 14001:2015 at Factory 2, issued by URS and valid until September 2027.
What do you need for a quotation?

Where are your factories?
Factory 1 and head office are in Min Buri, Bangkok. Factory 2 is in Bang Nam Priao, Chachoengsao, close to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
Which industries do you serve?
About 90% of our sales are automotive parts. We also make parts for home appliances, air compressors, refrigeration and industrial equipment.
Does BAE offer Smart Factory / digital transformation services?
